ArvataLogix Inc., a HUBZone & Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is headquartered in Schenectady, NY, and operates as a DBA of Liuos Thinking Inc. The company was established in July 2014. ArvataLogix simultaneously achieved operational excellence and integrated innovative thinking into its business strategy. The organization was established with the objective of addressing the disparities between quality, risk, information security, and environmental policies. It laid the groundwork for its development into a dependable contractor by establishing its foundation on forward-thinking concepts and a commitment to continuous improvement.

In accordance with the Small Business Administration (SBA) program, ArvataLogix. has been designated as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). If certain conditions are satisfied, a sole source contract may be awarded to a small and medium-sized enterprise (SDVOSB) in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1406 and 15 U.S.C. 657f.

ArvataLogix is certified as a New York State Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business under the New York State Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD). New York State has established a 6% participation goal for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs) on state contracts. This goal, set forth in Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law, aims to promote meaningful participation of SDVOBs in public procurement and integrate them into the state's economy.

ArvataLogix, dba as Liuos Thinking Inc., has recently completed the Veteran Institute Procurement (VIP) GROW Program. This comprehensive training and certification program offered Veteran-owned businesses practical, market-based instruction that assists in the establishment of best business practices for federal government contracting.
